A little cold vs. some big news on Antarctic warming

I’ve been under the weather for the past few days and was hoping that I’d turned a corner. Unfortunately it’s becoming apparent that I haven’t. In any event, it seems that the latest news (or reason to engage in ridiculous conspiracy-mongering as the case may be) comes courtesy of a new Nature paper (and cover story) on Antarctic warming involving a couple of RealClimate contributors (e.g. here, here, here, here, here, etc.).

The paper in question is here (or here for those without access). Several other relevant references are linked in the RC post as well.

Have at it. I’ll be drinking tea and trying to play catch up when I can.
