Paying it forward

Michael Tobis of the highly-recommended Only In It For The Gold has graciously notified his readers about this site, while Tim Lambert and Tamino have recently given Robert Grumbine some love.

Although most people who have managed to make it far enough down the climate rabbit hole to be reading this are probably already familiar with Robert Jacob’s climatespin, for those who aren’t, he isn’t ready for the cart quite yet and posted yesterday on the Krugman piece, which I’m only just now getting round to. He hints at a future post on offshore drilling, which I will be looking forward to, as I assume Joe Romm would be as well. I’m always on the lookout for new or new-to-me climate-related sites, so if anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear them.

On a related note, it seems as though Prometheus has gotten a make-over (which hopefully will fix their dreadful commenting process) and TokyoTom is proving to be wonderfully bothersome to its resident non-skeptical heretic.

[UPDATE: And thanks very much to Coby for the linkage over at A Few Things Ill Considered. AFTIC not only serves as Coby’s blog and features his wonderful How to Talk to a Climate Sceptic page (“Sceptics” are like skeptics, only with beady eyes and flappy heads), but it is also home to the weekly “Global Warming news round up” which is a must read for me every Monday.]

  1. Is it just me, or has Pielke’s site redesign broken every link to any past articles?

  2. It doesn’t seem to be just you, I’m having the same problem. You’d think someone at a blog so interested in attention would have thought of that beforehand…

  3. Maybe this is an attempt at a clean start, a rather flawed way way to “erase the evidence” : ))
